We manage
the whole
process
Each fine art truck is manned by two technicians, who are both experienced drivers and trained art handlers. They will pack, unpack and install on site as required, handle customs and ensure the best possible conditions during transport. We also navigate the issues of professional insurance, customs, import and export licences for your artwork.
Highly modern vehicle fleet
To guarantee the highest possible level of security, our fine art trucks are equipped with satellite-supported vehicle guidance systems and can be tracked at all times. Our fleet of specialist, climate-controlled trucks are reinforced with 55 mm insolation, strengthened by multiple sealing systems and designed to maintain temperature and relative humidity. Each truck is alarmed, equipped with rear view cameras and a five square meter heavy duty tail lift. The Thermo King air conditioning system and recirculation balance even the tiniest variations in temperature and guarantee a consistent climate inside the truck. Our trucks have up to 60 m³ loading volume, a height of 310 cm and can carry up to two couriers with two technicians.

We manage the complete customs clearance process and help with all export formalities. We organize all necessary export papers and obtain licenses from the respective federal offices in time. Different documents may be required, depending on the destination country (EU or non-EU destination). Our extensive experience of customs procedures and access to the electronic customs system reduce customs bureaucracy and help to save time.
