Is there a life after death? The traveling exhibition Ancient Egypt: Obsessed with Life takes visitors on an exciting journey into ancient Egyptian afterlife to find answers to this question. Fascinating mummies, associated statues, stunning funerary cult and extraordinary everyday objects from the great tombs and sites of the Nile valley bear witness to ancient Egypt’s complex mythology and conception of afterlife.

Vivid multimedia spaces, including a virtual 3D-ride through the Egyptian underworld, narrative dioramas, scientifically reconstructed ancient Egyptian scents, films and hands-on interactives take visitors on an immersive expedition to a world far beyond. By following ancient Egyptian traces, visitors will be inspired by ancient Egyptian aspects of life in the afterlife and the dynamic interactions between the living and the living dead.
